Form Into croquettes, 'about ono T makes a good sired croquette. Place In a pan of hot fat and fry until medium brown. Use only enough fat to half cover the croquettes. Drain on a piece of brown paper and serve on a hot dish, with maple syrup. This make a splendid luncheon dish. Spoon Bread. 2 e white cornmeal.' 1 t salt. 1 t aod& t t B- P.
