Mr. McRea accompanied her and will remain in Portland until her recovery is assured. Neil Graham and Jenny Bead mo tored to Athena Friday on business. Preparations are being made to pa per and otherwise repair the Metho dist church. Claude Price and Henry Winn have choxge of the financeing. Misa Dorothy Clark, teacher in the public school spent the week end in Walla Walla visiting relatives. Mrs. Albert James gave a farewell . party to the Misses Jtulh Douglas and Hazel Brown who have been visiting I friends in Weston during the past month. The evening was spent in playing games. Appetizing refresh iments were served and the guests re ported a delightful evening. The high school invitation dance given in the opera house Saturday evening was well attended, j Mr. and Mrs. F. D.
