All of the balance of the estate, in cluding the 1100 acres purchased laid rail and the personal property of de ceased. Is to be divided share and share alike among the five children. The will provides that John T Ogle shall be executor without bondt and that he shall employ J. H. ltaie as his attorney and shall not pay more than $2.'0 for settling the ch tate. The destruction of the "Y" bridge at Sumpter was re ported today 'by Jess Edwards, who drove to Baker by automobile. Mr. Edwards says that the whole M Kwen Valley Is badly flooded, and that the crest o the flood Is yet to come. The "Y" bridge was construct ed only a little mora than a year ago.
