ATLANTA, Oa., May 31. An effort of the prosecution in the trial of Vic tor Innes, for larceny after trust, to Introduce evidence evidence that the defendant and his wrfe murdered Mrs. Elolse Nelms Dennis and Beatrice N'elms failed when Judge Hill, after arguments by counsel, refused to ad mit it. Innes is charged with fraudulently obtaining about 14000 from Mrs Nelms He was acquitted of the mur der charge in a Texas court several months ago.
