Kmpey, a prominent rancher and

open so that victims trapped inside might be rescued. The
dead were taken to the steamer Theodore Roosevelt which wan
turned into an improvised morgue.
i . ACCIDENT AT 7:45 A. M.

of terror from the passengers. There was a wild rush toward

Lee Moorhouse, the action of the old
