The Ladies' Store being more favorable to Germany than the allies. But her eyes since the last Balkan war have been on the strip of Turkish territory Includ ing the city of Adrlanople. The re-i port is that Bulgaria a month ago was assured that the allies Intend to carry the operations against the. Dardanelles to a successful conclu-i sion at any cost. Bulgaria then' made a tentative agreement accord- j ing to reports current here, to send forces into Turkey to aid In the cap-j ture of Constantinople. The entrance of Bulgaria into the, scene of action, according to lnforma- j tlon I have received, will remove the' principal barrier that halted Greece. Greece is allied with Serbia and Roumania in a treaty to maintain the territorial divisions made by the treaty of Bucharest at the close of the second Balkan war. This divis ion has never been satisfactory to Bulgaria and it was the fear that Bulgaria would attack Greece that kept King Constantlne out of the war several weeks ago, at the time when the resignation of the Venizel es cabinet brought public attention to the crisis In affairs at Athens.
