district engineer of the Geological
Survey and E, J. McCaustland. They
ay that 604,000 horsepower could
be developed at 14 site on the Des
chutes River and 98.000 at four oft
the Metollus River. The report con
sists of 2000 pages with Illustrations

Baker presented a stiff defense
against Robe and showed superior
teamwork and better offensive.
The second quarter was scoreless,

was a punting duel with poorly exe
