The Instructions of Judge Cleetnn, of Portland were taken to be unfavorable to the ex-druggist of this city. Vir ginia Sklpton Burr, about 19 years old, was the prosecuting witness and her story was practically the only one the state presented. The Jurors visited the drug stort where the alleged crime occurred and went back to the court house to get the rest of the evidence of the defense. The prosecuting witness has been married since the alleged act was ccmmltted. WOMAN UNIONIST IS ARRESTED BY POLICE CHICAGO, Feb. .
