A copy of the November Issue of The Washingtonian, a paper publish ed at the Washington school for the t'eaf at Vancouver, has reached the East Oregonian office. It contains a splendid account of the 1913 Round-up well illustrated with cuts. The article was written by one of the students of the school who attended the Round up and who participated In the boxing bouts staged here by the P. X. A. of the A. A. U.
