here on two previous occasions. To
uppreeiate them a person does not

Pendleton before but he Is vouched

The place for which Lorlmer wa
asked to run Is the senatorshlp to be
vacated at the expiration of the term
of Senator Sherman, who was elected
to fill the vacancy caused when the
senate held that Lorlmer had not been
properly elected. lxrtmer refused
to comment on the petition.
