A wedding of interest to Pendleton people occurred In Spokane on Wed nesday evening when a former well known local couple, Miss Mary Zur cher and Mr. Elmer H. Storle. were united in marriage. The bride spent several years in Pendleton when she was a member of the faculty of the j public schools and Is an extremely popular and charming young lady. Mr. Storie is a son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Storie of this city, and made this city his home from boyhood un til a year or more ago when he was called to Spokane by the Holt Man ufacturing Co.. with which he had pievl .usly held a position locally. He Is a graduate of Pendleton high school and completed his education at the University of Oregon, where he was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. He and his bridf wilt make their home In Spokane. Mrs. (Sertrude Ferguson, formerly of this city, is over from Walla Walliv and is a guest at the home of Mrs. Roy Alexander.
