The Gug genheim Interests that have developed the great trust will be left In .active ontrol, but the Rockefellers will hold the majority of the stock. John D. Rockefeller, Jr., has been ntrusted with the duty of looking af ter the stock and financial affairs of he concern. Last October, when the Guggenhelms were hard pressed, he i.-ide them a loan of $20,000,000 and j since that time has been In practical. control. With their usual astute ness, the i Rockefellers kept secret their rela- i ons with the Guggenheims by having. tha old board of directors of the meplng trust reelected, with' the ad dition of one man, Walter T.
