Smith, Kanagy, Hall, Clement anil Grlgshy. About a month ngo Major Hall began boring this well, nnd the latter part of last week water was struck in an artesian flow at a depth of 420 feet. The water" is exceedingly clear, nnd Is warm, and while not found in great quantities, nor nt any great pressure, tlio owners of the well are confident that If the boring is con tinued, water will be found in quan tities sufficient to make it of com mercial value. The water was struck In n sand stone formation, and tho existence of the artesian flow assures the projectors that a largo and sub stantial well Is located near by. Holse Capital News.
