' Tho first of tho delegates put in nn ap pearance this morning and from now until Monday night all regular trains and numerous specials will arrive filled with delegates from tho East, South and Mlddlo states. The mem bcrshlp of tho association oxtonds to every prominent financial center in tho country and represents a larger aggregate of capital tlinu any otner organization In tho world. The business sessions of the con ventlon will bo hold In the California Theater and will last from Monday until Saturday. Speeches will be made by many prominent men, in cluding tho governor of California; Hon. William 13. Itldgcly, comptroller of tho currency, and Hon. Ellis H. ItobortB. treasurer of tho united States. One of tho chief features of the convention will bo tho report of tho special committee appointed last year to prepare a plan or currency adjustment.
