This Is the man who was a'reslod in this city last March accused of having stolen money from the cloak room of the high school. He was chased down town by somo of the students of the school and was con victed on trial and given 30 days In the county Jail for the offense. Hallweg also servod three months In the county Jail at Walla Walla, whore he was arrested for beating a four-months' board bill at the Hotel State, of Walla Walla. He represent ed himself there as a music teacher and Instructor in dead languages, and figured as one of tho 400 of that place. President Returns. Now York, Sept. 18.
