L. Wilson, manager of the (■rants Pass Grocery Co., has just signed a contract witli the Tacoma Brewing Co., for $20,000.000 worth of Tacoma Brew, it was learned here this week. Mr. Wilson is tile largest whole sale grocervman in southern Orc gon, and has the distinction of be ing the first to sign such a large eontrnet for the new legalized bev erage. The contract, of course, will lun over a period of years. Another distinguishing feature to Mr. Wilson’s business is the fact that he sells for cash and pays rash on the spot. Very few other con cern» in the CnitedStates can boast of such a business. Twenty millions of dollars is a lot of money, hut it !s only indica tive of the tremendous amount of increased business that has been brought Io the nation through the legalizing of beer.
