Judge Skipworih w ill hear the trial wherever il is hrtd. unless a second affidavit of prejudice is tiled. This is not thought likely. Banks, March 16. Mrs. Banks held the door open through which her husband fired Ihe shot, nnd it is ulleged that she is also guilty of Crime. Prescott had gone to the Banks home in Medford to serve a warrant for Banks’ arrest on a charge of having aided in the ballot stealing early in February. Mrs. Banks came to the door in response to his knock. 1ml refused to accept the paper or allow it read, and was about to close the door, when Banks called a warning to her to “duck", and fired, killing Prescott. It is understood that the twenty men charged with Ihe ballot theft w ill not be tried until the murder case has been tried. Hope to Locate 500 M en Scout. Complete T es t.
