Melon Mint-jito 6-7 whole mint sprigs (save 1 for garnish) Juice from 1/2 lime 4 (1-inch) chunks honeydew melon 2 (1-inch) slices Bosc pear (cut lengthwise) 1 ounce simple syrup 4 ounces Barefoot Refresh Crisp White 1 1/2-2 ounces club soda Place mint sprigs, lime juice, honeydew melon, pear and simple syrup in cocktail shaker.
