Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast 2015 The Skanner Foundation Scholarships – SILVER SPONSORS Gabriel Gutierrez-Aragon studies at de La Salle. Mayor Charlie Hales presents him with a scholarship sponsored by the City of Portland. de La Salle student Victoria Trinh accepts her scholarship from Jeff Heatherington of Family Care. Portland State student Veronica Medhanie receives a scholarship from Patrick Reithen, Pacific Power & Light.
