Local News Hood to Coast Relay T PHOTOS BY THE SKANNER he 33rd annual Hood to Coast relay wrapped up in Seaside, Ore. last week. The race is known as "The Mother of All Relays," because with 1,050 teams it is the largest relay in the world. People come from all over the world to run and walk from Timber- line Lodge through the scenic Oregon countryside to the Pacific coast.
