News HELEN SILVIS AND JERRY FOSTER PHOTOS ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ Rally in Portland A rally in Portland May 14 aimed to support the Bring Back Our Girls campaign. The campaign was launched after more than 200 girls were kidnapped from their school in Chibok, Northern Nigeria. The Nigerian Community of Oregon and Southwest Washington were supported by local organizer Sue Gemmell.
