Try Urban Bridges, a non-profit youth organization that teach children, teens and young adults (7-19 years old) image enhancement, etiquette, social protocol and personal development skills that will help them not only in the home, but in their school, in their community and socially. Classes for Families Living with Mental Health Issues A nationally recognized class for families whose adult loved ones live with mental C O M O T L I G H T health issues starts the week of April first at three locations in Multnomah County. The 12-week course, conducted by volun- teers of the Multnomah Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is offered at no charge to participants.
