LifeWorks NW has an opening for a CASE MANAG-
ER/CADC 1 – job #1367 position:
* REAL (Recovery, Empowerment, Achievement in Life)
is a culturally responsive youth addictions program in
Multnomah County utilizing the Nguzo Saba to create
the foundation of our treatment work.
* Provide case management, mentoring, outreach;
assessment and group facilitation for clients in the com-
munity.
* This position is part time (20 hours per week) with the
potential to grow. The hours will typically be between
10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ideal candidate will have experience working with the
African American community; knowledge of resources
and connections for youth in recovery; a background in
mental health and/or addictions; and have a fun, ener-
getic personality.
* Looking for someone who has a CADC I (Certified
Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or is interested in obtaining
a CADC. Supervision will be provided.
* This position will drive clients in a LifeWorks NW vehi-
cle. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to meet
LifeWorks NW 's driving requirements.

years administrative experience in a Human Resources
environment, or a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years expe-
rience. Essential competencies include accuracy, thor-
oughness, exceptional attention to detail; strong
organization and planning skills and ability to multi-task;
ability to meet deadlines; and exceptional follow-through.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced
proficiency with applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
Hiring Range: $33,047 to $39,656 DOE. Position open
