C O M M U N I appointed in the ruling but it will have ``no impact on Congress’ continuing efforts to repeal the law.’’ ``In fact, we are more determined than ever to repeal it and replace it with something better,’’ she said in a written statement. Former Congressman Jay Inslee, the Democrat running for governor of Washington, says the Supreme Court upheld the health care law despite ``enormous political pressure by Republican attorneys general.’’ In a statement Thursday, Inslee says he hopes Republicans do not see the ruling as an opportunity for further partisan bickering. Inslee says both parties need to make the law work for the American people.
