successful
candidate
must be member of the
Oregon
State
Bar,
should have substantial
experience in complex
litigation, from discovery
through trial, as well as
demonstrated expertise
in the proper interpreta-
tion and application of
statutes. Expertise in tax
law may be helpful, but is
not required. Those with
judicial or quasi-judicial
experience are especial-
