DIRECTOR, YOUTH SERVICES
$77,667 – $116,501 / Annual
Director is responsible for leading Youth Services to
achieve strategic goals, objectives, programs, and initia-
tives. Incumbent sets the tone, climate and vision for
department. Provides administrative direction and super-
vision. Provides broad oversight and directs the imple-
mentation of internal operations, which includes plan-
ning, implementing, administering, and evaluating pro-
grams, projects, processes, procedures, systems, stan-
dards, and/or service offerings. Interprets and oversees
compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes,
and/or standards. Evaluates and communicates the
impact of potential legal or regulatory changes on the
organization. Develops and administers departmental
budgets. Six years of management experience, including
administrative and supervisory experience, as well as
responsible technical experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degree
preferred.
