Songwriter Settles Suit LOS ANGELES W) In 1922 songwriter Leo Mantin wrote a piece entitled "Around The World in 90 Minutes." The song "Around The World" In the film "Around The World in 80 Days" was stolen from his song, Mantin claimed. He filed suit against the estate of Mike Todd, the film's pro ducer, for $1.5 million, charg ing plagarism. The song "Around The World" was credited to the' late Victor Young. The case was on trial Wednes day with a piano in the court room to facilitate the presenta tion of evidence when attor neys for both sides announced a settlement.
