X celebrating her sixth birthday.
When Mary McKee celebrated
her sixth birthday the other day,
she invited a group of her neigh
borhood friends over for a "real
grown-up tea party." Formal in
vitations requesting their pres
ence at the event were sent to
the young guests who donned
their mothers' hats, dresses, high
heels and jewelry for the occa
sion. Following an impromptu
style show at which the seven
little ladies modeled their clothes
for each other, Mary served real
tea and tea cakes to the callers.
The hostess's mother, Mrs. Jim
McKee, reports that throughout
the afternoon the party-goers be'
haved like "real little ladies."

New! Saffola Safflower Oil for cooking...
salads...higher in beneficial polv-unsaturates
than any other vegetable oil you can buy!
fit'
The American Heart Association recently reported
. . . reasonable substitution of poly-unsaturated for
saturated fats is recommended as a possible means of
preventing atherosclerosis and decreasing the risk of
heart attacks and strokes.
Safflower oil is higher in beneficial poly-unsaturates
than any other oil on your grocer's shelves . . . and
'Saffola is made from pure Safflower oil. Eevolution
ary new Saffola has nine times more poly-unsaturates
than saturates. Nearly twice as many as in any
other vegetable oil you can buy.
HERE'S THE PROOF:
RATIO OF POLY-UNSATURATES TO SATURATED FATS
SAFFLOWER Oil rjgRK1!M-' 9 TO 1
CORN OIL BJjJffllMgJgHgq 5.3 TO 1
COTTON OIL EESSa 2 TO 1

Saffola is perfect for salads. It has a clear lightness that gives bright
zest to any dressing. Dressings made with Saffola make your salads
seem crisper... fresher... unusually good. Just watch your family's
happy reaction. And when you fry with Saffola your fried foods will
be just right as they sizzle to a tasteful, tender, golden brown.
