Here it is: Each cowboy stands up, stretches his hands out in front, palms down and close together. One player, who is the Indian, places six small twigs (about four inches long) on the backs of the cowboy's two hands. When the Indian says, "How!" the cowboy flips the twigs up in the air, twirls around in a complete circle, and tries to catch the twigs in his two palms as they fall.
