To Serve Second Term Safety Council Re-elects Leader Ralph Hope Jr. has been re elected to a seeohd term as chair man ot the Eugene Safety Council. The council, which is in its third year of promoting a child safety campaign, also has elected Mrs. George Boehnke as vice chairman and Genevieve Hallin as secretary-treasurer. The council acts as a liaison group between agencies and citi zens interested in various safety matters. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 8 p.m. at the Eugene Hotel.
