EMPLOY HANDICAPPED They employ about 30 women, a few of them blind, some handi capped in other ways, and the remainder married women who want to earn pocket money at home. When Mrs. Dietcher inserted a single newspaper advertisement for at-home help she received more than 200 telephone calls. Using Mrs. Dietcher's cellar as a workshop, the two women de sign the garments and have pat terns made to be cut into volume for distribution to their workers. CATER TO CHILDREN "We try to cater to the child's taste by manufacturing clothes he can identify with himself, such as school tunics and Red River Coats," said Mrs. Dietcher. Both women have young chil dren and feel that their new business career does not interfere with their family lives.
