This fact, I fear, gives it a potentially dangerous power in our public life." DIM VIEW Thus Neuberger takes a dim view of some activities of a Na tional Republican Congressional Committee group. The group per mits Congressmen to have their images dubbed into television films showing atomic installations and the like, he says. Or a Con gressman is shown interviewing a high official he has not actually seen thanks to film-splicing. Such films may then be shown, he says, as a nonpolitical public service feature by the Congress man's hometown TV station.
