Both Miss Cornell and her fiance are sophomores at the university, she a speech major ' and he in liberal arts. Loughary of Eugene, is an nounced. Both are seniors at the University of Oregon, where Miss Caughell is majoring in general arts and letters, and Mr. Loughary is a psychology major. Information on how women can take an active part in poll tics working through their poli tical parties will form the major discussion topic for January unit meetings of the Eugene League of Women Voters, reports Mrs. A. W. Roecker, acting units chairman. "You Can Be the Life of the Party" is the subject and ma terial has been prepared by the voters service committee, under the chairmanship of Mrs. H. J. Russell. At these meetings, members will be given a brief refresher on the League stand on reappor tionment of the state legislature.
