Apples Important Fruit for Cooking
By DORRIS BJORSET
Foods Editor
Apples so crunchy-good right
off the tree are one of the most
important fruits used in cookery
so varied are the ways in which
they can be featured. To give the

When dust is removed before it
has a chance to accumulate in
floor coverings it is obvious there
will be much less dust stirred up,
to cover every other -surface in
the home. Good cleaning with a
vacuum cleaner, in other words,
makes dusting much less neces
sary. Much dusting, moreover, can
be done faster and more easily, by
using one and another of the vari
ous brushes, tools and attach
ments now furnished with house
hold vacuum cleaners.

Breakrast cereal and milk work
together to give you the import
ant B vitamins. Two of these
vitamins present in only small
amounts in milk niacin and thi
amine are generously offered by
breakfast cereal. Another B vita
min, riboflavin, sparingly fur
nished by cereal, is richly fur
nished by milk. The cereal and
milk also supplement each other
to give you essential minerals,
top-quality protein, and quickly
available food energy.
