Phone IS Novel Cycling Ad To Be at County Fair A European novelty cycling act has been signed to play daily at the Lane County Fair Sept. 21-24, Fair Manager Herb Welch has an nounced. The act will be presented by two young women known as the Diacoffs from London, England, who ride bicycles in a specially built Veedome. They ride at a 45 degree angle, passing each other with only seven inches to spare. They also ride blindfolded and without using the handlebars. Welch said the act is the only one of its kind in the world today.
