The procedure sounds odd, doesn't it? But the re sult is a cottage pudding de luxe fluffy white cake on top, rich chocolate sauce running through the cake and thick on the bottom. Mighty delicious, this upside down pudding. Magic, too, in the short time it takes to whip it up, using white cake mix for the cake part. It's Suggestions Given On Building Drying Racks in Bathroom Sooner or later every bathroom has to do double duty as a place for occasional drying of clothes, but few of them are properly equipped for that job. However, good drying equip. ment can be installed easily, and it need not be either conspicuous or expensive, says a Tile Council of America report on bathroom planning. Here are three solutions proposed in the report: 1. If your bathtub is set in, have two or three heavy hooks set into the clay tile wainscot at each end of the tub. These can be obtained in vitreous china to match the tile work and can be Installed by the tile contractor either when the house is built or later. Lines can be strung between the hooks and the amount of drying space In the bath thus greatly Increased. 2. If one end of the bathtub Is free, build a tub-to-ceillng drying ladder there and paint it to match the tilework of the room. The lad. der is simply two uprights and number .of rods so spaced that drying clothes can hang free. A flat piece can be Installed at the bottom of the ladder and slanted in order to drain water from the clothes into the tub. 3. Have a shallow cabinet re cessed between two studs en one bathroom wall and install an ex tensible or a swinging arm rack there. The rack will provide some additional drying space and when it is not in use it can be kept completely out of the way in the cabinet Deloris Simmler Honored at Shower A surprise bridal shower for which Mrs. G.
