Gardiner Couple Says" Wedding Vows REEDSPORT The marriage of Miss Ruth Erickson, second daughter of Mrs. Inga Erickson, to Ronald Heckman, son of Mrs. Ralph Heckman, all of Gardiner, took place Friday evening at First Baptist Church In Reeds port. The Rev. Grayden D. Lo ree officiated at the double-ring ceremony before large gath ering! ' . Miss Erickson was given in marriage by her brother, Ray nold Erickson, who also served ' as best man. She wore white satin wedding gown, with fin gertip veil held in place by a coronet headdress trimmed with seedpearls. She was attended by her sisters, Mrs. William Kran? as matron of honor and Miss Betty Erickson; also Miss Lucia Warren and Miss Edna Stave land. All wore pastel - colored formal gowns and carried nose gays of pastel flowers. Best man was Harley Heckman, brother of the groom, and ushers were Calvin Jensen mJ William Kranz. MAIN FLOOR Of Oregon Mothers Mothers of alumni were hon ored at the recent meeting of Eugene branch of Oregon moth ers at Gerlinger Hall. Plans were made for a rummage sale, November 26 and 27, and for the Christmas tour of living organi zations. The tour, which is a benefit for the scholastic fund, will be held December 10 and will In clude Delta Delta Delta, Delta Zeta, Alpha Xi Delta, PI Beta Phi, Zeta Tau Alpha, Alpha Chi Omega, Hendricks Hall, Rebec nnd Ann Judson houses. Each house will have a separate Christmas theme, such as "The Christmas Story," "A White . Christmas" and so forth. The tour will be concluded with serving of tea at Gerlinger Hall, Orides Mothera in charge. For the rummage sale, any one having rummage Is request ed to call either Mrs. J. H. Jack son (1322-R) or Mrs. A. C. Stockstad, (2195-J), who- will arrange to have it picked up. Presented on the program were Miss Elizabeth Nelson, who sang two numbers accom panied by 'Miss Nadine Hutch inson, ' and Miss Margaret Ad- kins who played piano selec tions. Miss Ann Gillen gave a reading, "The Highwayman." Humorous stunts were given by Misses Nancy Chamberlain, Barbara Stevenson, and Kloh Ann Mayer, members of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Hostesses for the afternoon were Mrs. L. O. Meisel, tea chairman, Mrs. Grant Crakes, Hospitality chairman, M r s. Theodore Kratt, Mrs. A. L. Fletcher,1 Mrs. Frank Black, rep resenting Kappa Kappa Gamma mothers; Mrs. Howard Boyd, Mrs. Claude Potter, Mrs. F. Towle, Mrs. C. A. Mahaney, rep resenting Alpha Gamma Delta mothers; Mrs. F. L. Findtner and Mrs. L. J. Bonson, representing Phi Gamma Delta mothers. U of O Dames Club To Be Entertained At Fashion Show Dames Club will have its meeting the coming Tuesday evening at Kaufman Brothers store, where the group is to be entertained at a. style show. Doors will open at seven-thirty Vclock, and the parade of fash ions is to start at eight o'clock. Dames Club is comprised of wives of married students on the campus, and all who are eli gible to membership are urged to attend. P.E.O. CHAPTE.R LISTS DESSERT Chapter H, P.E.O.
