Police Hunting Wounded Car Thief FLORENCE State police are on the lookout for a tall, thin man who was wounded here Tuesday night as he attempted to steal a car belonging to Gene Webb. Webb surprised the thiet as he drove away in the stolen car, and fired seven shots from a repeating .22 rifle, five of them hitting the car. The car was later found abandoned south of the Flor ence bridge. Large bloodstains on the upholstery attested the accuracy of Webb's marksman 'Out Flew the Web' Premiere Slated Friday Stage crew for "Out Flew the Web," which will be produced in a premier showing by University Theater players Friday evening at Guild Hall on the University of Oregon campus, will be under the direction of Horace W.
