vice-president. He takes office
April 3.

A group of children from the
Willagillespie school will be the
studio audience Thursday morn
ing of Miss Maude Garnett's
KOAC program. "Let's Sing,
America," over KOAC state-owned
station.
The children, representing a
regular school room situation, will
join with the broadcasting teach
er and her University of Oregon
public school music students, in
singing the "Songs of Home and
Loved Ones."
Following this regular campus
broadcast at 11:10 a. m., Miss Gar
nett, assisted by Mrs. Curtis Cole,
soprano, and Miss Maxine Cady,
pianist, will teach the children,
over the air, the tunes from
Tchaikowsky's "Nutcracker
Suite." This will help familiarize
