Fred Huber of the Internal rev
enue office will hold two meet

school in order to explain both
tax forms and to assist taxpayers
in filling out the blanks. The first
meeting will be Thursday evening
at 7:30 and the second meeting
will be Friday evening at the
same hour. Different groups will
meet each evening.

Jerry Cronin was sentenced by
Judge G. F. Skipworth in circuit
court Wednesday to serve five
months in the county jail on a
charge of entering a motor ve
hicle with Intent to steal. He had
waived grand Jury action and
pleaded guilty.
Benton Charles Bryant, 21, was
arrested in Eugene Tuesday eve
ning on a warrant issued in Gila
county, Arizona, charging him
with robbery. He is being held in
the county jail. The arrest was

A cream-colored panel delivery
truck was stolen from a parking
place at Eighth Avenue and
Charnelton sometime between
7:30 and 10:30 Tuesday morning,
according to a report made to city
police. The truck is the property
of Edwin O. Harris, 465 11th
Avenue west, and has U. S. Mall
stenciled on the side. There was
no mail in the vehicle at the time
