Co. of Vencln an Superintendent un til he moved to a stock ranch at Prlneville. Ore., in April. 1942. In April 1943 he moved to Cald well, Idnho where he was llvinU at tlio lime of his death. He was a member of the Elks lodge of Eugene. He Is survived by his wife, Hope; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C.
