ONE-HALT ACRE with a good, modren, 2 bedroom home on one of
the choice corners of this famous suburban haven. Sure they hadt
a little water down that way when the river got swelled up and,
strutted around all' over the country; but what' river wouldn't
get cocky once In a while running through such k land as this?
And it probably will be told by our uncle to stay where it be
longs from now on. At any rate this a a darned good buy at $4250
With about $1750 cash. ' .- .
