Ht ft Eugene Friday afternoon for ortland to assume his new duties' immediately. His district covers' U counties north of Marion and est of the Cascades in Oregon. tMr. Winn has had charge of the :al office of the FSA, in the fed al building, since February, 1939. He is succeeded here by Norman Fletcher, who has been xxrith the organization at Ontario, Ore., in charge of the rural real estate program in Malheur county. Mr. Fletcher plans to maintain the same hours at the local office aa Mr. Winn did. They are from 0 to 4 on Mondays, 9 to 12 on Wednesdays and 9 to II on Satur days.
