Nutrition Classes Nutrition classes will start Mon day, according to the local Red Cross headquarters. The nutrition course is required for any canteen work. It will be conducted as a twenty hour course, meeting Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 3 p. m. in the home economics department in Chapman hall, at the university.
