Jersey Breeders Get Reduction Of Fees For Registration Jersey breeders of Lane county have received information from the national breed association through O. S. Fletcher, county agent, permitting reduced fees for registering purebred Jerseys two years old or over from now until January 1, 1942. Purebred dairy cows on the average are shown by United States department of agriculture figures to produce considerably more than unregistered dairy cows and therefore it is important during this emergency to keep the most efficient and highest producers, rc is pointed out. The American Jersey Cattle club, recognizing the difficulty some breeders experienced in maintaining their registration, papers during depression years are making this special reduction for this brief period. Jerseys two years old or over may be regis tered during the next few weeks for $2 or a saving of $3. . Westfir Notes FLYING MONET DANGEROUS MALONE, N. Y.
