THE REGISTER. GUARD, EUGENE, OREGON the members voted to start a cam paign to create a recreation park near town with a swimming pool, tennis court and other equipment for younger children. The club will donate a sum of money to start the project. Members also voted to donate five dollars to the fire truck fund. The Wahoo club held a meet aHon Park ing recently to plan for the 4-H fair in CorvalUs next week. The club will have a booth every day. The Mountain View Sunday school class held its August meet ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Landon. Nineteen members and one guest was present. The treas urer reported sending IT dollars to headquarters as the class con tribution for the support of Chinese and English children. Miss Thelma Reynolds of Phil omath and Curtis Spires, of A1-. bany, were married last week in Albany. They are living in Al bany. James DeFreece, of Philomath and Miss Edna Gossard, or Leba non were married Sunday at Lebanon. They will live in Leba non. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Dingus have traded their residence in as a pay ment on the Robert Coolidge farm on the Alsea road. Mr. and Mrs. Coolidge are retiring because of iU health. Rev. and Mrs. A. G.
