The reason for closing the roads
to trucks is that it takes some time
for the oil surface to settle prop
erly. Light traffic will be allow

Lutheran Society
The women's missionary society
of the United Lutheran church
will meet Thursday afternoon at 2

Davenport. The topic for the
afternoon will be "Women and
