The federal trade commission issued a complaint against Lough ran, who once fought Primo Car nera for the heavyweight cham pionship, charging that he had misrepresented the course in ad vertising. Vancouver Lions Dump Seattle Hawks, 7-4 (Associated Press) The Vancouver Lions widened their Pacific Coast Hockey league lead Wednesday night by defeat ing the Seattle Seahawks for the fifth consecutive time 7-4 on the Scuttle ice. The hard-driving Lions over came a 4-1 lead the Hawks rolled up early in the second period and ran away from the defenders in the last six minutes of the final period. The winning marker was scored by Lude Palm in 14:34 of the final frame. Twice Vancouver players intercepted the puck from deter mined Hawk advances in the last two and a half minutes of play and scored unassisted. The Lions now four points in front of the Portland Buckaroos go to Portland tonight to meet the Bucs. Southern California Beats Purdue, 38-34 LAFAYETTE, Ind.. Dec. 20.
