'Our 'Our Called Back to Service- Lieutenant Frank Hart, who re tired two years ago from submar ine service in the United States navy, has been called back to duty by the bureau of navigation. He left Wednesday for Portsmouth, N. H. Mrs. Hart and their daughter, Frances, have left for San Fran cisco, and will go to Portsmouth on a navy transport by way of the Panama canal. The Harts have made their home at McKenzie Bridge. Bridge Soon Open , .- Repairs on the Ferry street bridge will be completed by the middle of next week, county ofr ficials said Friday, and traffic which is held up between 8 in the morning and 4:30 in the afternoon each day will be resumed. County Engineer Morse said that at 4:30 Thursday afternoon a line of cars four or five blocks long was wait ing for the barriers to be taken down. Degree Conferred . The E.
