cut, and a son, Marion, at home;
five grandchildren; and five broth
ers and two sisters in the midwest.
Funeral services will be held
Monday at 2 p. m. from Miller's
chapel, Rev. A. B. Cromwell of
ficiating. Interment will be in the
Junction City I. O. O. F. cemetery.

Obituaries
Mrs. W. C. Evans
JUNCTION CITY, May 20
(Special) Mrs. W. C. Evans, resi
dent of Junction City for many
years, died Friday evening at her
home. Although she had been ser
iously ill, her death was not ex
pected at this time. She was born
Clara Kriemelmeyer, January 13,
1885, at Cottage, Iowa, and came
to Oregon in 1904. She taught
school at Elmira for one term and
in July, 1905, married William C.
Evans at Eugene. That fall, the
couple moved to North Dakota,
where they lived eight years, re-
